    We collect the following data from users:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Contact details when purchasing a ticket: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Website activity data (cookies, IP address, browser type).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      We process data for the purpose of:<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Ticket sales and service \u2013 pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Fulfillment of legal obligations (accounting) \u2013 pursuant to letter c.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Handling correspondence and contacts \u2013 based on legitimate interest (letter f).<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Marketing the event, providing information about news (with the user\u2019s consent \u2013 letter a).<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Analysis of website activities and its optimization \u2013 based on letter f<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        4. Data storage period<\/b><\/h2>\n

        Personal data will be stored:<\/span><\/p>\n

        • for the time necessary to achieve the purpose, i.e. handling the event,<\/span><\/li>\n
        • and then for a period specified in the regulations (e.g. accounting, time for pursuing claims), usually up to 5 years from the end of the event.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Data processed on the basis of consent are stored only until the consent is withdrawn.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          We use organizational, technical and physical measures to protect against unauthorized access to personal data, its leakage and other threats.<\/span><\/p>\n

              • the right to data portability,<\/span><\/li>\n
              • the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent),<\/span><\/li>\n
              • the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                9. Marketing consents<\/b><\/h2>\n

                When registering or purchasing a ticket, you may consent to:<\/span><\/p>\n

                • receiving e-mail information about the event and subsequent initiatives of the Federation,<\/span><\/li>\n
                • profiling preferences to personalize communication \u2013 in accordance with the GDPR.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  The user may withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the processing of previously performed actions.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  10. Changes to the privacy policy<\/b><\/h2>\n

                  This policy may be updated (e.g., changes to regulations, new features). We will notify users of any changes, for example, via the website or email. The new policy will take effect 14 days after publication.<\/span><\/p>\n
