2. Scope and sources of data
We collect the following data from users:
- Contact details when purchasing a ticket: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.
- Website activity data (cookies, IP address, browser type).
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process data for the purpose of:
- Ticket sales and service – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
- Fulfillment of legal obligations (accounting) – pursuant to letter c.
- Handling correspondence and contacts – based on legitimate interest (letter f).
- Marketing the event, providing information about news (with the user’s consent – letter a).
- Analysis of website activities and its optimization – based on letter f
4. Data storage period
Personal data will be stored:
- for the time necessary to achieve the purpose, i.e. handling the event,
- and then for a period specified in the regulations (e.g. accounting, time for pursuing claims), usually up to 5 years from the end of the event.
- Data processed on the basis of consent are stored only until the consent is withdrawn.
5. Data protection
We use organizational, technical and physical measures to protect against unauthorized access to personal data, its leakage and other threats.
6. Data Sharing
Data may be shared:
- Payment service providers, accountants, IT – under the supervision of the Federation (processing entrustment).
- Public authorities upon legally justified request.
- Technology partners (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) – with consent and in the context of cookies.
7. Cookies and analytical tools
We use cookies on our website to:
- ensuring website functionality (sessions, login),
- traffic analysis and website optimization (Google Analytics, etc.),
- conducting marketing activities (e.g. Facebook Pixel).
The user can manage cookies through browser settings.
8. Rights of data subjects
According to the GDPR, you are entitled to:
- access to data, rectification, supplementation, updating,
- deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”),
- restriction of processing,
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent),
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
9. Marketing consents
When registering or purchasing a ticket, you may consent to:
- receiving e-mail information about the event and subsequent initiatives of the Federation,
- profiling preferences to personalize communication – in accordance with the GDPR.
The user may withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the processing of previously performed actions.
10. Changes to the privacy policy
This policy may be updated (e.g., changes to regulations, new features). We will notify users of any changes, for example, via the website or email. The new policy will take effect 14 days after publication.
