Poznań International Fair – the heart of the events

The number of rooms in the promotional pool is limited, so we recommend making your reservation as soon as possible.
Booking policy
Select a hotel and contact the WTC Accommodation Department to make a reservation:
Hotel reservation requests sent via email must include the following information:
- name and surname of the person staying overnight
- a chosen hotel
- a date of stay
- a room type: single or double
THE PRICES INCLUDE BREAKFAST AND ARE PER ROOM PER NIGHT.
After confirming the reservation at the selected hotel, the participant pays for the reservation by making a payment to the hotel's account based on a pro forma invoice or by providing a credit card guarantee, by the date indicated on the reservation confirmation. Reservations are confirmed subject to availability.
