Public transportation
All event participants are entitled to free public transport from Friday 12 June to Monday 15 June. To use this service, you must carry the ID card issued upon registration or the QR code sent in a separate email.
Registration of participants (additional training session with Dojo-Cho on Friday)
- Access to the training session is for pre-registered participants ONLY.
- Registration will open at 4.30 pm on Friday 12 June.
- The dojo will be open from 4.30 pm.
- The remaining registration rules are the same as on Saturday and Sunday (see below).
Registration of participants (training sessions on Saturday and Sunday)
- Registration will open at 8.30 am on Saturday.
- Participants MUST have the barcode they received upon purchasing their ticket with them.
- The code can be displayed on your phone screen or presented as a printout.
- We prefer the electronic version for environmental reasons.
- The code will be exchanged for a participant ID in the form of a lanyard tag.
- The code is single-use – the same code cannot be used more than once.
- A valid ID is required to enter the mat.
Organisational information
Mat and training area
- The total area of the mats is approximately 2,000 m².
- Seating is limited to 299 people.
- The organisers may refuse entry to the auditorium once capacity has been reached.
Changing rooms and showers
- Changing rooms and showers will be available on site.
- Please keep the venue tidy and show mutual respect towards other participants.
Catering
- On Saturday, there will be a selection of food trucks available in the dojo hall.
- There is a Pasodobre restaurant and a Basilico bistro on the exhibition grounds; however, due to the large number of attendees, the number of available seats will be limited.
- There are many different restaurants near the Exhibition Centre (including City Garden, the Avenida shopping centre, and restaurants in the Jeżyce district) – please use Google Maps to find a place that suits you.
Etiquette and rules for the event
Basic rules
- Only individuals with a valid participant ID issued during registration will be allowed onto the mat.
- Take special care to ensure the safety of your partner and other participants.
- Standard aikido etiquette applies on the mat.
- Please be punctual and keep quiet during training sessions.
- It is strictly prohibited to eat or drink on the mat.
- By participating in the training session, you agree to the event rules and regulations available at www.aikido50.pl/en/regulamin/.
Hakama
The hakama may be worn from 2nd kyu upwards.
Acceptable colours:
Anyone wearing hakama in other colours or failing to observe the rules of etiquette will not be allowed onto the mat or will be asked to leave the dojo.
Foto & video
During training sessions, photography and filming by members of the public are prohibited.
Only designated and accredited photographers are authorised to document the event.
The use of mobile phones during training sessions is PROHIBITED. Please put your phones away in a safe place before stepping onto the mat.
Group and individual photos will be taken by the event’s official photographers and made available to participants after the event. Due to the scale of the event, participants will not be able to take their own photos. Requests to take photos using a mobile phone or personal camera will be declined.
Safety
- The organisers do not provide accident insurance – insurance is the responsibility of each individual participant.
- The organisers accept no responsibility for lost or unattended items.
- The following are strictly prohibited on the premises:
- smoking
- the consumption of alcohol and other illicit substances,
- being with animals,
- the use of drones.
Audience
Those attending the event are asked to:
- keeping quiet,
- the right attitude,
- strict compliance with the organisers’ instructions (those wearing a red armband)
Seating is limited.

The number of seats in the auditorium is limited.
No. All you need to do is show your ticket on your phone screen.
Can I buy a ticket for the banquet on the day of the event?
No – tickets for the banquet were only available online until the end of May 2026.
Can I buy a ticket for the event on the day?
Yes – tickets can only be purchased on the door in cash. Ticket price: 100 EUR.
How do I get a stamp in my aikido card?
As part of the welcome pack, each participant will receive a sticker to stick in their card.
Can I come in as a spectator?
Yes, but seating is limited (max. 299 people).
Is there any weapons training planned?
No, there are no plans for weapon training – jo, bokken and tanto will not be used during the classes.
Is it possible to sleep on a mat?
No, it’s not possible to sleep on a mat.
Can I get a refund for an event ticket?
No, the shop's terms and conditions www.aikido50.pl do not allow for ticket refunds.
What should you do if you get injured during training?
Paramedics will be on hand during training sessions – if you require first aid, please contact the volunteers.
Can minors train on their own?
No, anyone under the age of 18 may only train under the supervision of a parent or a designated instructor from their own club.
